My Running Shorts – short stories about life on the run
40,000 footsteps. That is the number of footsteps I take during a 42.2K race. Not that I’ve counted. But that’s what I googled. 40,000 footsteps is the culmination of miles and months of training. Usually not as many of either as I’d like. With so much time spent in running shoes I’m full of short stories about my runs and running. My family and friends are grateful they are no longer subject to my narcissistic running ramblings. I’m grateful for a peer-review process in which I can publish anything, anytime.
